The name is literal and directional at the same time: Riley Love, and also a reminder to keep loving life enough to stay open to what it brings back.
Riley Love is a producer and DJ based in San Francisco. Inspired by old records, forgotten samples, and sounds that live somewhere between nostalgia and discovery, she creates house music built on groove, personality, and the thrill of hearing something that feels familiar without knowing exactly why.
Riley’s work leans toward house music, but genre is less interesting than feeling. The thread running through the tracks is groove, character, and a love for sounds that carry a little history inside them.
This site is meant to be more than a landing page. It is a creative home for finished releases, Roam, the EPK, visual references, and future projects that do not need to justify themselves before they exist.
Practice
Life is difficult. We are obsessed with proving we are living it correctly. We compare ourselves to other people, chase perfection, and convince ourselves that everyone else has figured something out that we have not.
But life is not something to perfect. It is something to practice.
I have struggled with mental health for much of my life, and music has often been the thing that helps me find my way back. Not because it fixes everything, but because it gives me somewhere to put things.
I do not think loving life is a destination. I think it is a practice.
Not because life is perfect. Because it is worth loving anyway.
